A top-of-the-range product: the harmonic joint module

The exhibits on display address the core requirements of humanoid robots—lightweight design, high power density and high integration—and cover application scenarios for joints throughout the entire body of a humanoid robot.

R48-Lite Harmonic Joint Module: Extremely compact, measuring just 45.5 mm in length and weighing as little as 0.26 kg, with a rated torque of 5 Nm and a peak torque of 11 Nm. Designed to fit into confined spaces such as robot necks and wrists, it offers maximum flexibility!

Harmonic joint modules: Covering the full range of diameters from 48 to 120 mm, these modules integrate a harmonic reducer, frameless motor, 21-bit high-precision dual magnetic encoder and driver into a single unit, forming a product range that extends from small wrist modules to large waist and hip modules. They feature high torque density, low backlash and high reliability, and are suitable for a wide range of applications, including humanoid robots, collaborative robots and wheeled robots.
